  2. ¿Qué indica el término de constante catalítica y número de recambio? Kcat(número de recambio) equivale al número de moléculas de sustrato convertidas en producto por unidad de tiempo y a cargo de una sola molécula de enzima cuando la enzima está saturada con el sustrato.

  3. ¿Qué indica el término Km? Km (constante de Michaelis) es equivalente a la concentración de sustrato para la que V0 es la mitad de Vmax. Experimentalmente, la Km de una enzima tiende a ser similar a la concentración celular de su sustrato. Baja Km Baja [S] celular
