  2. Reproduce Dolphins like other animals can have babies. Dolphins usually have babies in the spring time. Mom dolphins carry their babies for 11 to 12 months. The babies are born tail first, if they are born head first they wont be able to breath in time to live.

  3. Dolphins look a lot like their parents. Their tails look alike, their faces look alike, and even their fins look alike. Inherit traits from Parents

  4. What dolphins eat. Some dolphins eat mackerel, herring , cod, and squid. Some dolphins like the Orcas eat other marine mammals like sea lions and sea turtles. A dolphin that is 250 kg will eat between 10kg and 22.5 kg of fish every day.

  5. Dolphins respond to the environment by keeping the fish level, if they all disappears we would be in big trouble. Dolphins have long beaks to help kill sharks to protect themselves. How dolphins respond to the envierment

  6. Maintain a stable environment in their cells and bodies. Dolphins have to save oxygen while they dive under water. The way that they save their oxygen their blood goes to different parts of their bodies and their heart beats slower when the dive their blood goes to their heart, lungs and, brain. The dolphins blubber keeps them warm and helps them swim faster and smoother. The dolphins breathe through their blowhole and closes it when they go under water.
