The General Administrative Services Department – Center for Housekeeping and Environmental Concerns is duly assigned to response to the “ (1) Lasallian Ministry Action Plan (LS MAP) #7, of Stewardship of God’s Creation; and the (2) Philippine Lasallian Convocation Resolution 2.4 on Environmental Concerns and Advocacy, the De La Salle Philippines-Lasallian Institute For the Environment – One Million Trees and Beyond Project (DLSP-LIFE-OMTBP) Teams leads the general public in the “Green for LIFE: One Million Trees and Beyond Project.” CENTER FOR HOUSEKEEPING & ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERNS General Administrative Services Department

TREE PLANTING HOUSE RULES • Volunteers are expected to register at ______ and will leave at exactly _____ from DLS-CSB Taft Campus. • Volunteers are expected to bring their own water and food for two persons – bottled water and packages should not be thrown anywhere, look for a garbage bin near you. • Volunteers are expected to keep their mobile phones and other gadgets during the duration of the activity and make sure these are secured when being carried; the organizers are not responsible for any damages and or losses. • Shoes, jeans and green t-shirts should be worn during the activity, no skirts and sandos or hanging shirts allowed. • Bring towels and extra t-shirt.   6. TREE PLANTING HOUSE RULES 6. Bring caps and long sleeves shirt to protect your self from the sun. 7. Volunteers are not allowed to be left at the planting site, everybody is encouraged that the take-off and dropping points will be at DLS-CSB Taft. 8. Volunteers are expected to behave accordingly during the said activity. 9. Volunteers are expected at all times to abide by the rules and regulations that may be imposed by the person-in-charge for the welfare and safety of the group. The College and or the organizer is are not an insurer against all possible risk and probable eventualities. 10. Volunteers agreed to waive any responsibility on the part of DLS-CSB and or the sponsoring office and/ or the responsible for any harm or injury caused by my own improper, irresponsible, negligent or illegal act during the duration of the activity. 11.Volunteers are expected to sign a waiver.
