NoveList K-8 • NoveList K-8 provides a listing of popular fiction titles for children in Kindergarten through eighth grade. • Database includes picture books to chapter books searchable by: Title, author, plot, genre or books of similar interests.
SIRS Discover • The SIRS database is full text articles that have been selected for: • educational content • significance • reading level. • Articles are selected from over 1,200 magazines, newspapers and government documents
Kid Search • This database allows young children to: • search by category • icon driven • search result listings with icons give students a quick check for related photos, readability levels. • students can find relevant information at their own reading levels based on lexile reading levels.
Searchasurus • Searchasuarus is an exciting search tool for young children. • Uses animation and dinosaurs to provide fun and excitement to student searching possibilities. • Offers results based on readability levels using the Lexile scale.
