Ja Willst du deine Vernunft (logos) entwickeln ? Ja Bist du unabhängig von äußeren Einflüssen (adiaphora) ? Nein adiaphora: weder Gut noch Übel Gesundheit – Krankheit, Lust – Schmerz, reich – arm, Ruhm – Verachtung ... du wolltest deine Vernunft nicht entwickeln oder bist deinen Trieben (horme) erlegen Nein Nein Nein Ja Bist du gewillt, durch philosophische Belehrung deine Vernunft weiterzuentwickeln ? ein unkontrollierter Trieb wird zur Leidenschaft (pathos) Ja höchstes Gut Freiheit von Trieben, Leidenschaften und äußeren Einflüssen (apatheia) alles kontrollierende Vernunft Unglück = das Schlechte Tugend Glück
