  6. The list of the main features of application: • Large selection of ready made wage items in the system • Possibility to define a new wage items either by using a wizzard or „manualy” . After using the wage items wizzard, user can add a code developed using a code editor. • Definition of any remuneration system and its adjustment for group of employees or the entire company. • Implementation of various remuneration methods such as work contract, assignment contract , manager contract and the other . • Possibility of defining any HR data, interface to introduce this data into the database and also, if needed, to develope the code to support processing of the new data. • Grouping employees according to various criteria . • Automatic computing and reporting the number of leave days entitled to and used by each eployee . • Confidentiality. Data and operations access is subject to the user’s level of authorisation. • Integration of WA-PRO accounting system WF-Fakir. • Home banking. • IDE accsessible for each user (independetly of line and version of product), assuming the user has administrator level of authorisation (at least one user with such an authorisation level has to exist in every installation).
