HOW WE DO IT • Groups • 6-16 people per group • Space • At least 20x20ft area required per group • Time • Approximately 30-45 minutes per activity • Typical team building programs: 3-6 hours
HOW IT BENEFITS YOU • Expected outcomes: • Participants understand how co-workers operate • Participants value a cohesive effort over individual efforts • Participants make extra efforts to communicate with co-workers • Participants understand the strengths and weaknesses of their group • Participants can set goals to improve their group weaknesses
