  1. Has your organization achieved cost savings, incurred cost increases, or did costs remain about the same as a direct result of outsourcing its HR functions? Note: HR professionals that reported their organization did not outsource any of its HR functions or don’t know where excluded from this analysis. 2004 results were recalculated to exclude respondents who selected the “do not know” response option.
