  10. A question of holdings • Keep holdings up to date – RIS, WebCat, LACC • Update out-of-date holdings – Global Holdings Update, exclude list, spreadsheet

  15. Promoting good practice • Ensuring requests are finalised by being actioned throughout the entire life cycle • Failing to action requests to a complete status affects the work queues of libraries on both sides of the request • Clean up task required when moving from LADD to ISO LADDLA
