Process Flow of m-Gov Modules • -Online Registration of Stakeholder • Submission of Bar-coded Acknowledgement at District CSO Office • Approval of Request in FoodOdisha portal by CSO using authentic User id and Password. • Generation of Unique Code for a Stakeholder with One Mobile Number tagged to it. • Daily SMS Reporting through registered mobile defined by FS&CW department. • SMS captured in central server for online access by users

Paddy Procurement Module -Objective: This module has been designed to cater to the problem of getting daily procurement information from field Officials -This SMS is sent by Societies(PACS,SHG and PP) along with Market Yard Agencies(OSCSC,MARKFED,NAFED,TDCC and Other Govt. Agencies) -Various MIS reports are generated • Till date Procurement Status • State Agency wise Paddy Procurement Details • Miller Wise Paddy Purchase matrix for AC Note • SMS History Report

Rice Delivery Module: • This module has been designed to cater to the problem of getting daily rice delivery information from millers. • Millers send SMS for both Raw and Boiled Rice as per agency type such as OSCSC, Markfed, Nafed, TDCC, FCI, Levy separately from their registered mobile number. • Various MIS reports are generate • Till date Rice Delivery Status • State Agency wise Rice Delivery • Miller Wise Rice Delivery matrix for AC Note • CMR Report

Commodity Transfer Module: • Commodity Transfer(Depot) • This module has been designed to cater to the problem of getting information for daily transfer(receipt and issue) of commodities such as rice, wheat and sugar from depots. • The registered Depots send SMS separately for each commodity through their registered mobile number as per the format specified for commodities. • Various MIS reports are generate • Monthly Rice Transfer Report • RRC Balance Matrix Report • Valid/Invalid SMS Report • SMS History Report

Benefits of mGov in PDS : • As project dependency is minimum on hardware infrastructure, it is easy to implement. • Existing state infrastructure has been used. • Due to simple coding structure, end users were able to send SMSs with minimum error • Easy to track the existing stock of RRC across the state • Quick data receipt from remotest areas where electricity & connectivity is a challenge • Govt. is now able to know the paddy stock and expected rice from millers. • Cost effective solution with wide reach...
