  1. League 1 Team Maintenance *** REMINDERS*** This screen is where you will input certification information. After you input your information, Press “Update Player” in the middle of screen. Don’t forget to hit the “Approve” after you enter the Certification info (weight, etc)

  2. League 1 Team Maintenance Screen • Team ID should match OEC Team ID on Game schedules Team ID on OEC website. If the team existed last year use it instead of creating a new team.Be sure to include “Color” in Team Name, if applicable. • Verify Division is correct (I, II, PW1, PW2, PW3, PW4) • “Pending” Waiting for association to approve after input of Certification weight, GPA, etc. “AddReq”=association has approved, waiting for OEC to approve. “Active”=participant is certified and will show up on Official Roster • Photos must be <2 MB. Staff can’t be approved without Background check. If you make a mistake and inadvertently “fail” them (sex offender). You cannot “undo” so BE CAREFUL!!!

  3. League 1 Team Maintenance Screen (continued) • Verify last name is listed 1st. Season should say “Fall”. • Weight & grade can be entered for everyone at once (free form). Grade = GPA%. If you have a full year report card, don’t forget to enter it on the player maintenance screen. (Note: WESCON has submitted a suggestion to National to modify this screen to add the “All American GPA” field, but not print on the roster.) • Jersey # is now free form. You can enter the entire team at once instead of having to “update” after each entry. Just click on “update Jersey Numbers” at top of screen • If the parents registered online, Active allows them to upload a photo (<2MB size) *** REMINDERS*** Don’t forget to “Update Player” when you are done entering information.

  4. Player Maintenance Screen • New participants should have middle name or initial. Returning participants are not required to be updated. National will have them “age-out” of the system.

  6. Player Maintenance “Fall 2014” • Enter GPA in “GPA” field. If full year report card is submitted, enter the same GPA in the “All American GPA” field. All American GPA is not available to update in the Team Maintenance Screen, so must be entered here.REMINDER: At a minimum, the last reporting period is required to certify. So if they only turn in 1st semester, they will NOT be scholastically fit. • Division: -Verify the Division & Age Group are correct. (Football: Division I, II Cheer: PW1, PW2, PW3, PW4 or Dance)When registering, the system defaults to the lowest division within Age Group.
