  6. Jour 1Évaluation de la concentration bactérienne dans l’inoculum :ensemencement d’une gélose de dénombrement à l’aide d’une anse calibrée. Incubation 24 h à 37°C

  7. Jour 2Lecture de l’antibiogramme et détermination de la CMI.

  8. Jour 2Évaluation de la concentration bactérienne dans l’inoculum Report des résultats sur le compte rendu.

  9. Jour 2Détermination de la CMB à partir des boîtes fournies
