92% of tenants satisfied with STH • 93% of tenants satisfied with the neighbourhood in which they live • 89 compliments about the Neighbourhood Directorate. Complaints down by 66% to 18 • 551 people engaged with Steps to Success this year, with 189 people accessing training courses, 26 helped into employment, 10 apprenticeships created and 20 work placements • Team nominated for two national awards
