  2. Hi, I’m an Author, Investor, and Serial Entrepreneur. I’m the founder and CEO of InvestFar, a global real estate investing platform that allows people to buy, sell, rehab, and manage investment properties globally.  I’m also the CEO of Residual Roads Business Institute, a business education platform that teaches people how to start a business from start to revenue generation and how to invest safely in real estate as well. In addition, I host a podcast called Investing Uncensored, which covers Real estate, business, and mindset.

Epitome of the Mind is a thought-provoking and informative book that addresses the issue of one’s thinking and provides strategies for developing a more agile and successful mindset that fosters a better life experience from generating wealth, health, and happiness. The author challenges readers to consider the impact of their thoughts and actions on their personal and financial well-being. With a focus on leveraging one's expertise and network, the book offers practical advice in financial literacy and creating multiple income streams.

The author encourages readers to be proactive in shielding themselves in any economy, emphasizing the need to be adaptable and agile in the face of change.

  5. What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?  Reframing has become a strategy that I use on a daily basis because things are constantly happening to us throughout the day, good or bad. I think once a person develops the skill of learning how to reframe, almost any scenario they come across will have a favorable outcome.   I will give an example of losing money. If I lost $5k on an investment deal or let a friend borrow $2k and they don’t give it back, I reframe that and call it a seminar or a course and say I learned a lot and will not pay that much again for that lesson. I take away what I learned from that loss versus focusing so much on the fact that I took a loss.
