PURPOSES • To assist the Board in identifying preferred characteristics of the new superintendent • To guide the consultants in the recruitment and selection of candidates • To guide the Board in the selection of the final candidate
PROCESS • Interviews with Board selected constituents– individuals and groups • Open forums for staff and community • Survey data from staff and community at-large
