  2. FOODS LAB CONTRACT I _________________________________ agree to the following kitchen safety rules. If I break any rules, I understand Ms. Bateman will not allow me in the kitchen lab and I will have an alternate learning activity. I will wear an apron around my neck and tied. I will wash my hands with soap before I start to work in the kitchen. I will stay in my kitchen. I will eat at the table assigned to me. I will sit on chairs only, not on countertops etc. Towels will be used for cleaning and drying only (no flipping etc.) I will leave the kitchens spotless including: dishes, pans, silverware washed, dried, and put away properly microwave cleaned inside and out and floors swept . I will follow lab instructions completely I will be on time. I understand Ms. Bateman will not give me a late slip to be late to my next class. I will rewash my hands if I touch my hair, go to the bathroom, pick my nose or any other unclean thing. Recipe will be written down before I begin my lab. I will work well with my group.
