A pastor is having a dual accountability; vertically to God and horizontally to the church. Most of the churches want to hire the youth for the pastor jobs. Churches think that younger blood is always the better option for taking responsibilities on their shoulder. But also there are some problems because of that young blood do not want to go in pastor jobs. Churches want young pastors want but don’t have enough to pay them.
