Additional “Free” Enhancements “Downsizing” as a Planning Recommendation Access home equity during retirement by selling the primary residence and purchasing a residence of lesser value. 5% Owner Prompt on the Retirement Distribution Transaction Allows user to elect for RMD’s to be deferred (and contributions to continue) after the required beginning date (70½).
