Conclusions: • The majority of students print their assignments and hand them in in-class • Students are aware of how to print double-sided and do so when applicable • Electronic submission is the preferred method (68.2%)
Conclusions: • Only 6% of instructors require single-sided submissions; only 3% would penalize students • 93% of instructors are willing to accept double-sided • There is not an overwhelming acceptance for electronic submissions on the part of instructors • Recommendations: • Encourage instructors to accept double-sided submissions • Encourage instructors to accept electronic submissions • Provide confidence in electronic submissions • Develop a tool to mark up assignments
