  3. Comcast • Twitter Name: comcastcares • 43,090 Followers • 42,972 Following • Update their twitter fairly frequently • Uses twitter ENTIRELY to answer customer problems

Their Twitters in the Longrun • Best Buy: • Best Buy’s twitter doesn’t maintain nearly the presence they as a company do in the marketplace. • I feel as a whole that their twitter is definitely not sustainable over time because there really doesn’t seem to be nearly as much effort placed into it as is needed • Comcast • Comcast to me appears MORE helpful over twitter than they are as a company in general • This company has a definite possibility to maintain their twitter as a valuable marketing resource
