You’ll need 10 minutes and: Tax ID Number – Business Characteristics – Name, Contact and Address Info Please note – automatic notification of bid opportunities is not available at this time. You must proceed to Step Two to find bidding opportunities. • Step Two: Find an Opportunity through Acquisition Services • Commodities, Information Technology, and Services valued at $25,000 or more • Visit www.michigan.gov/doingbusiness • Select “Bids and Proposals” for news and for current Invitations to Bid (ITB). • Step Two: Find an Opportunity through Agency Buyers • Commodities, Information Technology, and Services valued at $24,999 or less • Visit www.michigan.gov/doingbusiness • Select “Becoming a Business Partner” then select “Agency Procurement Staff” under Quick Links. Step Three: Review, Plan, Prepare Review the Invitation to Bid (ITB) and all attachments carefully, attend pre-bid meetings, visit www.michigan.gov/doingbusiness for updates, review previous bids… Step Four: Submit Be Competitive – Be Complete – Be Timely Step Five: Evaluate and Debrief Determine areas of improvement for your next submission.
