Why should we meet? • We are all wondering about… • Common Core • State Testing • How to help our children when the math seems so different? • Why is it important for our child to learn it the “new” way?
Gym/Cafeteria • Refreshments are awaiting you. Please enjoy! • Games and activities are prepared for you to practice and play. • Student models and photographs demonstrate our daily learning.
At this time… • Session 1- please make your way to the cafeteria. We will see you back in 30 minutes. • Session 2- we will begin in a few moments. Please make yourself comfortable.
Let’s get started While we are here we will: Review the testing standards for Grades 3-5 Present parent resources for support at home. Allow families time to use those resources right here tonight.
