    3. Ministry objectives Lead worship music and the service on Sundays Lead worship music in communion services Lead worship music on occasions like weddings, baptism, funeral Train worship team in instruments and vocals

    4. Objectives Cont.. Disciple worship team members Recruit new members Discipline and counsel members Participate in church missions

    5. Ministry Goals Lead worship in worship services, and special occasions Get professional music trainer Organize retreats for members Organize missions to community, church and schools

    6. Ministry Achievements Lead worship music in all Sunday worship services Involved congregation in worship leading every January Lead communion services, testimony Sundays and weddings Recruited 3 new members so far this year

    7. Shifted from acetates to over-head projector Had a choir retreat on 17th February 2007 at Ndere Troupe Center Had a worship facilitation session with Mr.Peter Kisaka Signed trainer contract for one year beginning September 2007

    8. Modified worship stage with help of Pastor Acquired microphone stands Some members participated in Gulu church roofing mission

    9. Ministry Challenge Need male tenor voices Training has started only later part of year Few uniforms Only one retreat so far Equipment not well stored

    10. Poor time management, rehearsals and services at the start Limited time for practice, currently only Saturdays

    11. Ministry Input More microphones a dozen at least Trainer 3 sets of uniforms Proper storage boxes and facilities

    12. More equipment like jazz drums, keyboard Polished and professional vocals-international standard Laptop for rehearsals Music van Dress room separate from equipment store

    13. Ministry Indicators Choir on stage and ready at exactly 10.00am Christmas cantata and Easter special service Very good vocals and polished instrumentation several able for task! Microphones

    14. Ministry target Choir on stage at least 20 members every service Good sound and professional set up- intact speakers More good professional vocals Music studio
