  8. Learning Objectives • Describe basic components of a PMS • Describe PMS data needs (inventory, history, condition survey, traffic) • Describe typical modules of a PMS (data, analysis and feedback)

  9. Learning Objectives • Correctly identify flexible and rigid pavement distresses • Correctly determine severity levels • Correctly measure and record distress quantities • Conduct pavement condition survey
