  1. WELCOME TO INVESTORVOTEComputershare’s Online Voting Application

  2. Holders enter the voting site through www.investorvote.com where they are asked to enter a 15 digit control number for access into the company branded site for each meeting. We have the ability to restrict specific holder types from voting online.

  3. Consent for electronic delivery of meeting materials and voting information is an optional feature on all voting sites. Here holders are given the opportunity to signup, update and remove their details for electronic delivery. Personalized branding with your company’s logo hyperlinked directly to your homepage. Links to your meeting materials can be placed on every page for easy access by holders. Screen is bypassed should electronic distribution not be offered or if Employee shareholders are not eligible. E-mail address is stored on our systems for future distribution.

  4. Issuers signed up for eTree can utilize service for Notice of Meetings to holders electronically. A tree is planted for each holder that signs up.

  5. The “Notes to Proxy” is displayed for holders to review prior to voting. Our optional Terms and Conditions page allows for your company to place a message to all holders before they make their voting selections. Standard “Notes to Proxy” will appear on this screen for Canadian companies.

  6. We provide holders the ability to change their address if necessary Share/Unit value is displayed Account Registration is displayed Holder can easily vote their proxy with Management recommendations Holder has ability to either appoint Management or enter in another appointee Resolutions are grouped and clearly identified making it easier for holders to make their voting selections Meeting details are provided to the holder prior to voting

  7. Confirmation of appointment is displayed Holders have the ability to opt in / opt out of receiving Interim or Annual reports Summary of Vote provided for confirmation prior to submitting Confirmation e-mail of vote submission is available if holder chooses

  8. Final Confirmation page provides optional links to admission tickets, maps and comments. A link into Investor Centre is also provided for registered holders to manage their account online.

  9. Admission Ticket provides all of the details for the holder to attend the meeting. Holders have the ability to print map and directions to the meeting.

  10. Holders can enter their comments and provide a return e-mail address for Computershare to respond to or comments will be passed to Issuer.
