About the Club – Aims / Sessions Formed September 2000 • Aims • Open to all • Fun, skill development, encourage activity • Safe, Effective, Child Friendly • Sessions – Swan Centre • Thursdays 16:30 to 18:30 (Intermediate) • Saturdays 13:00 to 16:00 (Recreational & Intermediate) • Sundays 10:00 to 12:00 (Tumbling Air Track) www.dcgymnastics.co.uk

Gymnasts • About Berwick Gymnastics Club • All ages, 6 weeks to 40+ year old • All abilities, beginners to regional competition level (including disability gymnastics) • Presently 50 Members • Typically 20 Gymnasts / session • Gymnasts Gym time 1.5 – 4.5 hours / week • Average week sees 150 individuals coached • Since formation 4000+ sessions, 6000+ hours activity delivered North Northumberland www.dcgymnastics.co.uk
