AAG Practice • 4 hours 4 times a week • 2 ½ hours on Thursday • Run ½ an hour at the beginning of practice. • Condition for 15 minutes at the end of practice or after the run.
AAG Meets • About 10 a year • Starts in September and ends in April • Is about 5 hours long. • Some are out of town • Different levels compete at different sessions
AAG Awards • My highest award is 4th place at sectionals last year • The last meet I got 6th • The highest team score my team has gotten is 1st
AAG Teams • Our team has 10 girls • We have a levels 3,4,5,7,8 and 9 • there are optional ( levels 7-10) and compulsory's (levels 1-6)
AAG Travel • Last year traveled to Seattle and Moscow Idaho. • This year will travel to Moscow, Seattle ,Clarkston and ,Spokane.
AAG Level 5 • The level 5 team consists of 10 girls. • Coach is A.J • I‘m the oldest level 5
AAG Events • The vault is the event you run and hit the spring and do a specific thing over what is called the table • there is 2 bars and in my routine you jump to the 2nd bar • Beam is 4inches wide and 4feet off the ground • Floor is where all the flipping takes place
AAG Uniforms • We have a red white and blue leotard. • We have warm ups that say all American on the back. • We all have ore hair pulled back tightly
AAG Scores • Each score is out of 10 • All around scores are out of 40 • Have never gotten anything above a 9.5 Palouse invitational Vault -7.75,bars-8.45,beam-8.9,floor-8.425, AA-33.525
