Activity 2 – Mapping the predominant modes of engagement of the students, faculty and/or staff using your services.
Activity 3 - Discussion around the challenges and value of incorporating more Resident modes of engagement into institutional services and practice.
Different ways of engaging? • ‘Resident’ modes of engaging users (on and off-line) • Countering the perception of the institution as only a physical space • Understand user behavior on the web (Learning black market etc.) • Activity engaging in the digital spaces users inhabit • Advertise resources, brand & value
