The Final Product • Two controllers assigned as GCG Instructors • SSgt Angela Dowling • TSgt Randy Godwin • Front loaded training program put into effect 30 Aug 99.

Conclusions • New Front loaded program works • Dedicated “Instructor” controller involvement works • Entire facility had “buy-in” on program • Key to the success • Hold Controllers and trainees accountable • We can wash out trainees in the GCG process
