  3. ¿ Que es un Centro de Responsabilidad? Es una unidad de gestión, dirigida por un responsable en el cual se ha delegado un determinado nivel de decisión para el logro de objetivos concordados.

  4. ¿ Que es un Centro de Producción? Un centro de Producción es una Unidad de trabajo que obtiene como resultado un producto o servicio, en base a sus gastos.

  5. ORIGEN DEL PRESUPUESTO HOSPITALARIO Prog. prestaciones complejas: Obesidad mórbida Prog. Reducción de brechas: Resolución diagnostica: Oftalmología, Dermatología, Neurología, etc. IQ. Colelitiasis, histerotomía, etc. Salud Mental: Trastorno bipolar, unipolar, etc. POR PROGRAMA PAGO POR PRESTACIONES VALORADAS FUENTE DE INGRESO DEL PRESUPUESTO QUE PAGA FONASA. GES IRCT, CACU, CA mamas, Alivio del dolor, etc. PAGO POR PRESTACIONES INSTITUCIONALES OTRAS PRESTACIONES Prestaciones no contempladas en las valoradas.
