Sunrise, sunset • A sunrise is the sun that comes up slowly from the other side of the world. When the world spines the sun is not moving it’s the earth. A sunset is when the sun goes down and one side of the world is dark and the other side has the light from the sun. This is a picture of the sunset and sunrise.
Our star, the sun • The sun is the brightest object in the sky. The sun is the biggest star in the galaxy. The sun is just a big ball of gas. And did you know that the gasses boil and pop? This is the sun.
Spots and flares • Did you know that most of the solar storms are called sunspots? • The sun stormy weather follows a solar cycle. • We may see many solar flares, flares are gasses that explode on the suns surface. These are spots and flares.
A star is born • For the star to born there are clouds of gas and of cycles of stars. The gravity becomes vey strong, the star gets more than ten millions of degrees. So that’s how a star is born.
Death of a star • Most of the stars in the galaxy last for millions or billions of years. The biggest stars don’t last very long because there fuel burns really fast. Small stars last longer. And that’s the deaths of a star.
Things I learned • I learned that the galaxy has over 1 billion of stars and that our sun is the hottest star in the milky way. Our earth is 93 millions miles away from the sun. So that’s all the facts I leaned. BYE!!!!!
