Finances • Cost of trip $ 890.00 per student • Price is based on 60 students, two buses, 2 drivers and 5 chaperones Please note that the price is subject to change.
3 Strike Rule… • 1st infraction ~ verbal reminder • 2nd infraction ~ removal of privileges • 3rd infraction ~ bonus time with your teachers!!!
French Only The Quebec trip meets many curricular outcomes, particularly those in French Language Arts • Full immersion in French Language and Culture is the reason we are permitted to take this trip!! • Students are to follow BHJH code of conduct with a few exceptions.
Cell Phones • Permitted for safety purposes • Use permitted during voyage to and from Quebec + during free time • Cellular devices not permitted during whole-class activities

Dress Code • BHJH policy in effect • Dress for the weather • WINTER BOOTS- NO SNEAKERS!!!
Bus Information • Depart Wednesday Feb 11th ~ 6 a.m. • Plan arrival ~ 4 p.m. • Students will be permitted to choose their seat mate • Pack snacks!!
Bus Information • Students can bring backpack, pillow + small blanket on the bus • Electronics permitted!! • IPODs • MP3s • cell phones • portable DVD players

Things to Bring • List will be sent home closer to departure • Follow Dress Code • Important Items to Bring: • Back pack - Socks • Good shoes - Jacket - ~ $80 pocket money or debit card
Evening Procedures • ~ 45 mins - 1 hour of “Free Time”/ night • Students can mingle in hallway or in rooms with doors open. • Teachers/chaperones will be present to supervise. • ~ 10:00 – in designated rooms for the evening
Night Procedures • Security guard for BHJH in halls all night • Students can come out and ask guard to get a teacher if there is a problem • Good behavior/low volume expected throughout the night

Tentative Itinerary ~ Saturday • 7:00 a.m. – breakfast (buffet) at the hotel • Visit the amazing Ste Anne’s Basilica • Cross the suspension bridge over the Montmorency Falls • Visit one of the 3 Martello Towers • Carnival site and parade
