Loaned Executive Role • Meet with CFC Area Coordinators and leadership to plan, organize, and schedule the campaign. • Effectively communicate the need for support of vital community services. • Communicate, to the LFCC, the progress of agency campaigns • Work with Area Coordinators to coordinate agency fairs, speaker’s events, and other marketing opportunities. • Pick-up / deliver campaign supplies and campaign envelopes.
Loaned Executive Role • Monitor individual account progress. • Attend and assist the CFC manager and Coordinator at CFC events. • Assist Area Coordinators in executing your campaign.

How to Handle Objections • Focus on Solutions to Objections • Always Listen • Never Let an objection lead to an Argument • Respond with Positive Solutions • Turn Negatives into Positives • Allow potential donors to verbalize opinions • Don’t take it personally!!
Response to Why People Don’t Give • I give to my own charities/church • That’s great. Then you know how important it is to be charitable. Can you please consider including our CFC agencies in your charitable giving. • My spouse already gives • That’s great, however, each of us individually needs to share the responsibility of supporting our charitable community.

This is your opportunity to give to charity and support the community. • I don’t have any extra money • Sometimes it’s a sacrifice to give, however, there are so many people who are a lot less fortunate than you or I.
Response to Why People Don’t Give • I don’t know where my money is going • If you designate directly to an agency through the campaign, that is where your money goes. The agency will send an acknowledgement if you so desire.

Remind Donors… • Donations can be by payroll deduction, • cash or check. (PAYROLL DEDUCTION IS ENCOURAGED) • Designations are encouraged!!
Online Giving Options • Employee Express • CFC Nexus
Employee Express (EEX) • Only available to federal agencies that currently have access to EEX for HR functions • Will appear as an option 9/1-12/15 on the EEX site • Reports will be made available periodically throughout the campaign and/or at the end of the campaign period • Agencies that have access to EEX WILLNOT have access to CFC Nexus
CFCNexus • External Vendor • Pledge detail will be printed and delivered, by your LE, for submission to your payroll processing department • These reports should be submitted in your campaign report envelope along with other pledges and accounted for as such
