  7. Agreement Amendments • Amendments necessary due to Master Interlocal Agreement Amendments: • Eliminate Fixed-Guideway Bond Repayment • Modify Exhibits to incorporate amended Master Interlocal Agreement

Agreement Amendments • Additional clarifications and terms requested by City: • Simplify payment procedure for City (70%) and County (30%) share of O&M • Clarify City funding sources as non-ad valorem and prohibit County offset of CRA funds • Clarify definition of dedicated funding to reflect 100% funding requirement
