Pay Ken Lee! • Make check payable to “Carnegie Mellon University” • Write your program year and “GFA Dues” and email address in the subject line (Example: “MBA08 GFA Dues - jane.doe@cmu.edu”) • Deposit check in Ken’s (Kenneth Lee) mailbox located in Posner near the first-year lockers • Send Ken an e-mail kennethlee@cmu.edu] indicating that you have delivered a check • Ken will send you a receipt confirmation e-mail • Please have checks delivered to Ken by this Sunday at 5pm
