The key Hertfordshire principles • Involve effectively all provider sectors to secure • the FL entitlement in Hertfordshire • Place progression destinations at the heart of • the collaborative design of quality, personalised • FL programmes to ensure continuity and • coherence for learners across the 14–19 age • continuum (25 years for learners with learning • difficulties and disabilities)
