What is the purpose of Deliberate Practice? To allow you to focus on an area so you can continually grow as an educator.
Pick an area in which you earned a score of Not Using, Beginning or Developing • OR How do you select your Deliberate Practice? • If you earned all Applying and/or Innovating, we recommend picking something you weren’t scored in last year
How many reflections must you complete? Total of 3
When does the Reflection piece need to be completed? Prior to your formal observation

Well…. Um…. We know it will be based on growth. • We don’t know how many points will be awarded for the type of growth you make. How are the “Bonus Points” Calculated?
We can schedule a 10 minute observation of your DP goal (much like the mid-point observation). What if you don’t observe my DP during my formal observation?
