DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS BRODARICA SURFACE • 34,00 hectares CONCEPT Construction of sports and recreation facilities and office space (total gross developed area above ground of up to 55.000 sq.m.): • Sports complex for amateur and professional sports - stadium for up to 15.000 visitors, sports halls, and supporting facilities • Underground parking garage for the visitors of the complex (garage will be in the regime of public city garages) • Possible commercial, office, and accommodation facilities related to the sports and tourist offerings INVEST. • Approximately 180 million euros TERMS • Program preparation since 2006; beginning of realization in 2008

DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS DRAČEVAC SURFACE • 14,91 hectares CONCEPT Construction of entrepreneurial center of excellence with business and public spaces (total gross developed area above ground of up to 135.000 sq.m.): • Fairgrounds: multipurpose hall and open fairgrounds • Business center with offices, congress hall, lodging, restaurant, bar, bank, commercial center, and underground garages • Incubator for development of small and medium size entrepreneurship • Technology center for development and scientific-research activities INVEST. • Approximately 66 million euros TERMS • Program preparation since 2006; beginning of realization in 2008

DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS KAREPOVAC SURFACE • 41,41 hectares CONCEPT • Rehabilitation of the municipal dump, selection, treatment, and ablation of solid waste (including projects of sanitation, drainage and pipes for sewage waters, gas station, plant for treatment of sewage waters) • Planning of the subject site as a valuable city resource with the defined ownership status (existing dump) and traffic connections • Development of mixed-use project (after planning period), including possible conversion of the southern parts (landscaping) INVEST. • From 20 to 25 million euros TERMS • From 2006 until the end of 2009

DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS LORA SURFACE • 9,40 hectares CONCEPT Development of sports and commercial complex with gross developed area of 136.000 sq.m. and following facilities: • Sports hall with 12.500 seats (23.000 sq.m.) • Garage with 1.500 parking places (45.000 sq.m.) • Business-tourist 25-floor tower (60.000 sq.m.) with offices, retail, hospitality, and other spaces • Outdoor areas INVEST. • Approximately 147 million euros TERMS • From 2007 until the end of 2008 (sports hall) and until the end of 2010 (tower)
