  2. Planning • 30 September project ends: • all payments should be done by then, • including printing of copies (at least the contract). • 7 weeks from now • Lay out process 3 - 4 weeks • Guide to be finalized in 2 to 3 weeks as from now

  3. Work done Since 4 June: • Consultation round Guide: • Consultation guide by project team ánd test partners. • Monday 14 June until 1st week of August (deadline) • Incorporated feedback as much as possible into the guide

  4. Aim this meeting Today and tomorrow: tackle feedback and finalize guide as much as possible

  5. Work to be done Finalize the guide! • Agreement on comments test phase • Agreement on suggested changes guide (sometimes overlap) • Make changes

  6. Suggested work method (1) 2 documents: • General feedback • Suggestions for changes in guide

  7. Suggested work method (2) Thursday morning (10:15 - 12:30): • Tackle feedback and fining solutions on general feedback • ‘Guiding questions’ • Solutions will be reported for each section of the guide Thursday afternoon (13:30 – 16:30): • Agree on suggestions guide (alongside report) Friday: • Working day: work on the guide!
