Objective • Continue automating manual transactions processes to increase overall efficiency. • To Provide a unified salary review process for both CUHR and CUMC HR. • To Provide salary advice and recommendations in tandem with finalist clearance. JAC Salary Tab
What’s Changing • Only Level two-users and Pilot Group Users will be able to view the Salary Tab and submit candidates and salaries for clearance. Not Changing • Current Salary exception process will be the same. JAC Salary Tab
Salary Work Flow in JACHiring Proposal and Salary tabs appear when postings are closed (CM receives email) Client Manager reviews and approves the Hiring Proposal and Compensation Tabs. Level 2 user changes applicants’ statuses, completes Hiring Proposal and the Compensation Tab Click “Submit for Salary Review” System Generated email is sent to CMs. (The system generates an e-mail) Finalist Cleared or Finalist Not Cleared is sent to CUMCLevel 2/Pilot Group Users. JACSalary Tab
Hiring Proposal Tab Level 2CUMC/ Pilot Users changes the applicants’ statuses. Completes the hiring proposal tab. Clicks “ Continue to Next Page” or Clicks “ Salary Tab”. JACSalary Tab
Salary Tab Level 2CUMC/ Pilot Users completes the salary tab. Selects “ Submit for Salary Review. System Generated email is sent to Central AdminCUMC (Client Managers) JACSalary Tab
Hiring Proposal Tab Central Admin CUMC l receives a system generated email. Reviews applicant and completes hiring proposal tab. Clicks: Salary Tab. JACSalary Tab
Salary Tab Central Admin (CUMC) reviews and completes the Salary Tab. JACSalary Tab
Salary Tab Con’t Central Admin CUMC -HR Applicant is reviewed Hiring Proposal and Salary Tabs are completed Finalist is either cleared or not ( Click: “Finalist Cleared or Finalist Not Cleared). A system-generated email is sent to Level2CUMC/Pilot Group CUMC users. JAC Salary Tab
