Objective • Continue automating manual transactions processes to increase overall efficiency • To Provide a unified salary review process for both CUHR and CUMC HR • To Provide salary advice and recommendations in tandem with finalist clearance JAC Salary Tab
What’s Changing • Only Level two-users and Pilot Group Users will be able to view the Salary Tab and submit candidates and salaries for clearance. Not Changing • Current Salary exception process will be the same. JAC Salary Tab
Salary Work Flow in JACHiring Proposal and Salary tabs appear when postings are closed. Level 2 user reviews Hiring Proposal and completes the Salary Tab. Client Manager reviews the hiring proposal, salary and Finalist for approval. Level1 user changes applicants’ statuses and completes Hiring Proposal Tab. Select “Submit for Salary Review” Select “Submit for Salary Entry” Generated email is sent to Level 2/Pilot User. Generated email is sent to Client Manager. Generated email –Finalist cleared or Finalist not cleared is sent to Level 2/Pilot Group User. JAC Salary Tab
Level 1 Users • Change applicants’ statuses. • Complete the Hiring Proposal tab. • Select “ Submit for Salary Entry” posting status. • A system-generated email will be sent to Level 2 and/or Pilot Group users. JAC Salary Tab
Level 2 Users • Receive email notification. • Review Hiring Proposal Tab • Enter the salary and completes the Salary Tab. • Select Submit for Salary Review. • A system-generated email is sent to Client Manager. JAC Salary Tab
Central Administrators(Client Managers) • Receive a system generated email: “Finalist approval and salary review.” • Review salary, hiring proposal tabs and applicant. • If Approved: change posting status to “Finalist Cleared” (system generated email sent to Level 2/Pilot Group User) • If Not Approved: change posting status to “Finalist NOT Cleared”. Enter reason in the Notes/History tab. (system generated email sent to Level 2 and Pilot Group Users) If relevant, Level 2/Pilot group Users make the appropriate changes and send back to Central Administrator/Client Manager. .
