Strategies and Action Plans to meet Target • Penetrate additional potential channels like the industrial zones in the area(LIIP, LISP 1 & 2, Carmelray 1 & 2, FPIP); and power plants. • Cover untapped areas in the South Luzon(Quezon, Laguna). • Integrate our product to key accounts/contractors who have projects in the South Luzon area that were not yet being taken by my fellow colleagues. (Chevron, Isla Gas, Seaoil, JG Summit, BS Technolgy, ReyTech Engineering, AG Araja, ILO Construction • Do have company/product presentations & paint schools to various organization like PSME & BAMA. • Offer an incentive or a rebate program to existing & potential clients to maximize sales potentials…
