Action Plans to meet Target Sales Budget • FIVE M`s • Must Target new Accounts / Projects. • Must Build / maintain good relationship with Target / Existing clients. • Must Educate / enhance knowledge of end users and superintendents thru Onboard Surveys / Reports and Paint School. • Must, Whenever possible, schedule occasional client visit with JotunStaff and / or Management • Must follow up / assist and push Collection.
