Strategies and Action Plans to meet Target Support Needed • Regular visit and continue to build a good business relationship to all key officer. • Monitoring closely all new upcoming project (NB or DD) and continue implementing every 6 months technical paint assessment. • Continue educating all end user thru Pain School,AF and HPS training and product knowledge. • Scheduling of CBR ( Customer Business Review) for all LKA and securing SS Contract. • Submitting DD Report on time. • Continue to maximize product utilization, benefits and campaign for JMSP • Continue using CRM Tools and OMM. • Monitoring of Collection and A/R per customer. • Quarterly visit with General Manager. • Every 2 week collection projection and A/R from accounting. • Product Launching for new product. • Provide additional training for Marine Sales • Availability of stocks and product core assortment
