Jane Spence earned BS in English education- special Ed, Minor, from the Florida State University in 1994. Also, she earned MA in school administration and supervision from the New York University in 1996 and completed EdD in educational leadership and policy studies from the University of Maryland in 2015.
Dr. Jane Spence DCPS has worked as the chief of secondary schools, in the District of Columbia public schools for almost a year. She managed instructional superintendents (principal Supervisors) of 34 high schools.
