How? + Symptoms? • Respiratory system • Rhinovirus • Viruses are very contagious • Droplet transmission + Contact transmission • Symptoms include headaches and sore throats • Lasts usually half a week to a week
Factors • Factors increasing chances- • Heavy physical exercise • Built-up stress • Factors increasing severity- • Smoking • Malnutrition • Chronic disease
Prevention • No long term effects • Zinc helps • Healthy diet, exercise and mind • Plenty sleep + rest • Paracetamol is good!
