Students Download Software Login via Blackboard ….. Assumptions? Read the manual

Feedback….. “…if you don't enjoy using computers it may seem like a hassle (uploading videos and checking your camera/mic are working could seem difficult) but once you have used it once or twice it's really straight forward”
Findings so far….. • 8/12 used, 6 needed specific support • Manual…. • Software Appears Complex • SUPPORT – Designated Person • Scalable? • Option (… Not To Test Technology Skill) • When it Works It’s Great
