  2. آقای 55 ساله دیابتیک و با سابقه گانگرن فورنيه و دبريدمان حدود 3 ماه قبل، به دلیل فیستول ادراری ناحیه پرینه مراجعه نمودند . با توجه به افزایش Cr اخیر به حدود 3 و ديستانسیون مثانه ، بیمار ابتدا تحت سیستوستومی پرکوتانئوس قرار گرفتند و پس از بهبود cr تحت عمل رزکسیون فیستول و یورتروپلاستی بولبوممبرانوس قرار گرفتند و با گذشت حدود 4 ماه از عمل ، فعلاً وضعیت voiding بیمار وفانكشن كليه نرمال است.
