Application Process Step 1: Register your applicant for the program – http://www.aupair-nederland.nl/en/ Client will receive their own log on and password once a profile has been created. Step 2: Complete the online intake/ application form(CONSULTANT OR APPLICANT CAN ASSIST) Needs to be completed in one sitting – no saving of the online application form can be done. It is often best for your applicants to complet the manual form so you can check answers. Step 3: Upload documents(CONSULTANT OR APPLICANT CAN ASSIST) (USE CLIENT REG DETAILS) Dear Host family letter (needs to be a min of 750 words) Copy of all the pages of your passport (all page numbers should be clearly readable!) Photo of yourself, passport size and PLEASE SMILE! Police clearance Copy of Matric certificate Photo album Drivers license (if applicable) Step 4: Hardcopy documents to be submitted by applicant to OVC Consultant Get your applicant in for her interview and collect the documents below, once checked and verified you will then upload them to her profile by using the OVC LOG IN DETAILS 1 Character reference 2 Childcare references Self medical form completed by yourself Doctor’s medical form completed by a medical practioner IAPA agreement Most important information form OVC Acknowledgment form Step 5: Inform PM that you have uploaded the file/application Send any additional certificates, videos, photos through to me
Costs to the applicant • Admin Fee : €34.00 • Placement Fee : Nil • Insurance : Nil • Ticket : R 9000.00 TOTAL: R 9500.00
Commission earned by the office € 750.00 = R 10 200.00 1st Payment: 350 Euros (paid on placement) 2nd Payment: 250 Euros (paid once the au pair has been in Holland for 6 months) 3rd Payment: 150 Euros (paid once the au pair has been in Holland for 6 months) (2nd and 3rd payment is paid together)
