Center Heads and parents should read the all the rules and regulations prior to signing.<br>2. By signing this application, parents (on behalf of the Students) and Centers agree to all the conditions of the 3rd All India Abacus & Mental Arithmetic Competition – 2016.<br>3. A photocopy of the student’s school ID CARD must be attached along with the Application form.<br>4. A photocopy of the student’s Level Certificate (issued within the last 3 months) must be attached along with the application form.<br>5. Incomplete application forms will be rejected. All particulars should be filled up completely without any correction or overwriting.<br>6. Competition fees should be paid along with the application form without fail.<br>7. The last date of receipt for completed application to be submitted at the organizers office is 15-12-2015, 09.00 PM.<br>8.
